Clayton Jones
Programme Manager
Clayton is a keen golfer, although he now spends more time caddying for his two sons than playing himself!
An avid reader, he enjoys biographies or anything relating to psychology, health & fitness or technology. He also enjoys going to the gym and keeping up to date with the latest developments in professional boxing.
With 20 years' experience in managing European projects, this is Clayton’s third position as Programme Manager. He is a University of Glamorgan (now University of South Wales) graduate and has worked in higher education for over 25 years. A qualified Scrum, MSP and Prince2 Practitioner, he has significant experience in implementing these methodologies in the workplace.
Clayton is responsible for the development, production and delivery of all collaborative R&D projects delivered by CEMET, undertaking both operational and project management responsibilities. He manages the CEMET R&D Team, and in liaison with the Commercial Manager, acts as a principal point of client contact during all three stages of the programme.
