Enhancing Property Management with Advanced Subscription Features
Pintech is an innovative company specialising in property management solutions tailored for small landlords. Their core product is a comprehensive web app designed to streamline property management tasks, from tenant screening to lease management and maintenance tracking. To further enhance their platform further and offer greater value to their users, Pintech approached CEMET to incorporate sophisticated subscription and membership functionalities.
What Did We Do?
CEMET developed and integrated a new subscription and membership management system into Pintech's existing web app. This solution involved creating an add-on web app that seamlessly integrated with Pintech’s platform. The new system allowed users to manage their subscriptions, choose from various service tiers, and access features based on their membership level. We also implemented access control measures to restrict website sections according to the subscription level, enabling tiered access to premium features and additional property management tools.
How Did We Do It?
To address Pintech’s needs, CEMET followed a structured approach:
Development of Add-On Web App: We built an add-on web app designed to integrate smoothly with Pintech’s existing platform. This add-on provided essential functionalities for account management and subscription control.
Subscription Management System: The team developed a comprehensive subscription management system, allowing users to select and manage their service levels. This system was designed to be flexible, accommodating various subscription tiers and associated features.
Access Control Implementation: We incorporated advanced access control features to ensure that certain sections of the web app were accessible only to users with specific subscription levels. This included managing access to premium tools and functionalities based on the user’s membership tier.
User Experience Design: The new system was designed with a focus on user experience, ensuring landlords could easily navigate subscription options and manage their accounts. We aimed to create an intuitive interface that required minimal training for effective use.
Scalability Considerations: We ensured that the solution was scalable and capable of handling an increasing number of users and properties. This future-proof design supports Pintech’s growth and allows for the introduction of new features and subscription tiers as needed.
The collaboration between Pintech and CEMET has successfully introduced advanced subscription and membership functionalities to Pintech’s platform.
