Tendertec

Utilising Data to Empower Care Givers

Tendertec provide personalised technology that can sense an emergency within the homes of seniors. This safety and monitoring system provides peace of mind to those living away from their loved ones. Should an accident happen, this would not go unnoticed and it also allows seniors and vulnerable people to keep their independence.

Of the 12 million UK adults aged 65 and above, a third currently live alone and 40% suffer from at least one long-term condition. Around one in three who live at home will have at least one fall per year, and about half will have even more frequent falls.

The Tendertec system enables users to detect and verify falls remotely, eliminating false alarms and reducing the time people spend on the floor after a fall, which can be extremely detrimental to their health and recovery.

Improving data visualisation to improve lives

Tendertec want to ensure people using their product stay safe and worry-free knowing if an emergency happened family and care providers will be automatically alerted. To achieve this, they use personalised room sensing technology that captures real-time data.

The company approached CEMET with a need to present their data more effectively on their app. This would allow carers to make data driven decisions and put preventative measures in place before a situation evolves into a major traumatic fall.
