Clear_Pixel VR
Virtual Reality Training with Modular UI and Test Scenarios
Clear_Pixel VR is a company specialising in virtual reality (VR) training courses across various industries, with a primary focus on medical training. Their current training offerings include courses designed to teach lab work safety and procedures, aiming to improve learning outcomes for users in medical environments. Seeking to improve the efficiency and interactivity of their courses, Clear_Pixel VR approached CEMET for assistance. The goal was to streamline content development and add features that would enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
What Did We Do?
CEMET developed a modular user interface (UI) and a dynamic test scenario to improve Clear_pixel VR’s training. The new UI displays training steps and theoretical information in a format that can be easily integrated into any future training module. This modular design allows Clear Pixel to quickly add the UI to new scenarios, reducing time spent on content development. Additionally, CEMET created a test scenario that follows the training module, asking users multiple-choice questions to assess their understanding and retention of the material. The test framework is flexible, allowing for new content to be easily loaded for any future tests.
How Did We Do It?
CEMET collaborated closely with Clear Pixel to design an adaptable UI and test system that integrates seamlessly with existing and future training modules. We created a user-friendly, modular UI to display instructional steps and theoretical content, making it easy for Clear Pixel to add to new training scenarios. The test scenario was designed to automatically load relevant questions after each training session, assessing whether users retained the information. Both the UI and test module were built to be reusable, ensuring Clear Pixel could efficiently expand its training offerings into new areas such as intracellular solutions, patch clamp tests, and drug assays.
The modular design has saved time by allowing ClearPixel to reuse the UI in new scenarios, while the test feature has enhanced user engagement and ensured better knowledge retention. Additionally, the system’s flexibility positions Clear_Pixel VR to easily expand its VR training library, making it easier to add new courses and test content as they grow their offerings.
The collaboration between CEMET and Clear_pixel VR has created a more efficient and adaptable VR training system. The modular UI and dynamic test scenario not only improve the training experience but also save time in content development, making the system more scalable and future-ready.
